This course is designed to elevate your skills in medium and short haircuts, helping you develop a more precise, versatile, and professional approach. Over three progressive sessions, you’ll work from textured medium-length structures to classic cuts and clean fades, learning not just how to cut, but why each technical decision transforms the final result.

By the end of the course, you will have gained greater control, refined judgment, and a broader range of techniques that you can confidently apply to any hair type.

Starting with this edition, students may add Model Practice Sessions, two additional days of supervised practice focused exclusively on real models.

Course Content

    Week 1: MEDIUM TEXTURED CUT

    • Foundations for creating medium-length cuts with a modern, versatile finish.

    • Designing cuts that enhances face shape.

    • Working with the hair’s natural texture and movement.

    • Applying techniques to practical, everyday styles.

    Week 2: CLASSIC SHORT CUT

    • Essential scissor-over-comb technique.

    • Layering and graduation in short hair.

    • Refining smooth transitions between sanctions.

    • Building classic, timeless silhouettes.

    Week 3: CLIPPER CUTTING

    • Clean fades with a professional finish.

    • Connecting sides, nape, and top section.

    • Low fades and “skin fades”.

    • Proper use of guards and lengths to eliminate harsh lines.

    • Final detailing and symmetry check.

Course Structure

Mondays: Technical Training (Demo + Mannequin)

Each Monday focuses on the technical foundation of the course:

  • Educator demonstrations.

  • Mannequin practice to reinforce the technique of the day.

These sessions allow you to understand and practice each cut in a controlled environment before moving on to real models.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Model Practice (Optional)

For students with the appropriate technical level, two supervised practice days per week can be added.

During these sessions:

  • You will work exclusively with real models.

  • You will receive corrections and guidance from the educator.

  • You will repeat and apply Monday’s techniques in real-life situations.

These sessions are ideal for building confidence, precision, and professional experience.

Model Practice Sessions (Optional)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays following each Monday session.

Mondays: 10:00 – 14:00
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 10:30 – 14:30

PRICES

  • Course + 2 Model Practice Sessions Per Week: 800 €

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • Cutting scissors (for precision cutting)

  • Thinning scissors (for texturizing)

  • Clippers with different guards (for fades and short cuts)

  • Sectioning clips

  • Tail comb (for sectioning and scissor-over-comb technique)

  • Cutting comb

  • Styling brushes (for finishing and shaping)
